Week 1: Introduction to Full-Body Oil Massage Techniques

Session 1: Benefits and Basics of Oil Massage

Selecting oils and learning their effects on skin and muscles.

Session 2: Preparing the Massage Environment

Setting up a comfortable, warm, and calming space for clients.

Best practices for oil application and maintaining client comfort.

Week 2: Back, Shoulders, and Neck Techniques

Session 3: Massage Techniques for the Back and Shoulders

Learning effleurage (gliding strokes) and petrissage (kneading) techniques for the back.

Applying oil smoothly and using long, relaxing strokes to relieve tension.

Session 4: Neck and Shoulder Focus

Techniques for addressing neck stiffness and shoulder tightness.

Light friction techniques to improve circulation and relieve tension.

Week 3: Arms, Hands, Legs, and Feet Techniques

Session 5: Arm and Hand Massage Techniques

Focus on the arms and hands with kneading, gliding, and gentle stretching techniques.

No prior massage experience is necessary; this course is open to all skill levels.

Oils will be provided, but students are welcome to bring any preferred oils.

Certification: Upon completion, students will receive a Certificate of Completion in Full-Body Massage with Oil, recognizing their proficiency in oil-based massage techniques.

Instructor Qualifications: This course is taught by a licensed massage therapist with expertise in relaxation, deep tissue, and therapeutic massage techniques.
