Hands-on practice targeting muscles that affect the sciatic nerve, such as the piriformis, gluteus muscles, and lower back muscles.

Week 2: Advanced Techniques and Full Sciatica Massage Routine

Session 3: Sciatica Massage Techniques – Part 2

Learning trigger point therapy and neuromuscular techniques to alleviate pressure on the sciatic nerve.

Practicing effective stretching and mobilization techniques to increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

Session 4: Full Sciatica Massage Routine and Client Assessment

Integrating techniques into a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to individual client symptoms.

Course Requirements:
