1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services offered by WMAS, including participation in events, workshops, and competitions, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Eligibility
Participants in WMAS events, such as the WMCC, must meet the eligibility criteria specified in the event registration guidelines. This may include professional qualifications, relevant experience, and legal age requirements.

3. Event Registration and Participation

  • All participants must register by the specified deadline and provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • WMAS reserves the right to refuse or cancel registration if the information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, or in violation of these terms.
  • Participants agree to comply with all rules, instructions, and safety protocols communicated during WMAS events.

4. Payment and Fees

  • All applicable fees for participation in events, workshops, or other services must be paid in full by the deadline specified on the registration page.
  • WMAS reserves the right to modify fees or cancel an event at any time. In the event of cancellation, participants will receive a refund of any payments made, unless otherwise specified.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Participants may cancel their registration subject to the cancellation policy provided during registration. Refunds will be issued according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy.
  • WMAS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event. In such cases, participants will be notified and eligible for a refund or transfer to a future event.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including but not limited to images, logos, event materials, and documentation, provided by WMAS is protected by intellectual property laws. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from WMAS.

7. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all WMAS events. Any misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate expulsion from the event, without refund, and potential banning from future events.

8. Limitation of Liability
WMAS will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred by participants during events, except as required by law. Participants attend and participate at their own risk.

9. Privacy Policy
WMAS is committed to protecting the privacy of your personal data in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA. By participating in WMAS events, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Amendments
WMAS reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants are encouraged to review these terms periodically to ensure they are aware of any updates.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
