Session 2: Energy Lines (Sen) and Anatomy Basics

Introduction to the Sen energy lines and their significance in Thai massage.

Review of relevant anatomy, focusing on major muscle groups and joints.

Week 2: Fundamental Thai Massage Techniques

Session 3: Working with Feet, Legs, and Hips

Techniques for pressing, stretching, and mobilizing the lower body.

Practical demonstration and hands-on practice.

Session 4: Stretching Techniques and Body Positioning

Learning safe and effective stretches, using the therapist’s body weight and positioning.

Practicing sequences that focus on balance and client relaxation.

Week 3: Full-Body Techniques and Assisted Stretching

Session 5: Upper Body, Arms, and Hands

Techniques for acupressure and stretching of the arms, hands, and upper torso.

Practical training on maintaining flow and rhythm.

Session 6: Assisted Stretching Techniques

Advanced assisted stretches for the whole body.

Applying stretches safely to enhance client flexibility.

Week 4: Integrating Techniques and Practice

Session 7: Back, Shoulders, and Neck Techniques

Certification: Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Certificate of Completion in Thai Massage, acknowledging their skills in this traditional healing art.
